I’m 63 years old haven’t been in the auto business since I was a kid. These guys are great and they know what they’re doing. Frank was very thorough on my estimate assist me in getting my car there and going out of his way to help me pick it up. These guys are a class act and they do excellent work. Now that I’m older, I can’t do the work myself, but I surely know how to do it and how it’s done the right way. I was very fortunate to find these guys. I have Porsche’s and you definitely need a shop that knows how to work on them as these guys work on all makes They know everything about mine. I would recommend them to anybody.

I can’t honestly say enough how AMAZING this shop is!!! They are HONEST which in this day and age is hard to find!!! They have loaners if you need which again most dealers hardly give anymore!! I refer everyone because of how wonderful they are!!! Because of this when you go please be patient for they do all they can to get your car back to you in a reasonable amount of time they are busy!!!! But, anything worth it is worth the wait! Love your shop thank you for taking such good care of my family!! Kristen and Chris Santilli/Gomez

I trust the folks at Francen to give me expert advice and problem solving skills for maintaining my 2019 Jag. On this visit they performed routine maintenance, repaired a tire with a slow leak, and reinstalled a backup camera that was detached from its mounting inside the rear bumper that required full removal and reinstall of the bumper. All work completed flawlessly, timely, reasonably. Thanks Frank and team!

Great service, got my car's AC repaired in 4 days where my dealer had no clue what to do they found the issue in under a day. They also gave me a free rental for the week which was handy. Very nice people to boot, they spoke to me on the phone for a long time listening to my whole issue and where very informative.

Francen & Son is the premier automotive shop here in Algonquin, IL. I have been to ALL the Auto Shops around - including outside the area looking for good service since I moved to Illinois back in the late 90"s. These guys are exceptional. They seem to really care about their customers - its genuine and I feel it when I walk in the door. The reception guys (especially Frank), at the front desk, are personable and very well versed and knowledgeable in everything Automotive. They even take the time to fully explain to the customer what the vehicle needs, why and solutions. Prices are more than fair for services provided, with no trying to upsell you. I always walk away with a vehicle in much better condition than when I brought it in. If you need ANY KIND of automotive services - go to Francen & Son. They'll treat you and your ride real good. Great Service..... Vince
